Client was spotted going 85 – 90 mph on a section of PCH with a speed limit of 35 mph. After being pulled over, he blew a 0.09% BAC and was later charged with DUI plus speed enhancement.

 

As the Chief Technology Officer of an International Robotics company, client was in the USA on a work Visa. He was potentially facing a minimum of 60 days in jail (due to the speed enhancement), which would have gotten him terminated from his employment. Even if he managed to keep his job, a DUI conviction alone could also have gotten his Visa revoked.

 

Faced with what appeared to be the end of his world in the United States, he reached out to the Law Office of Jeff Yeh for help. But there’s more. As the cherry on top of the cake, Mr. Yeh also won the client’s DMV Hearing, securing a Set Aside that guarantees that even his driving record is devoid of anything resembling a DUI (a big plus if he ever decides to visit Canada)!
